Farm fresh products

Busy time of year with a thousand projects needing completion.  All but 2 lambs were weaned from their moms and all are growing good on their own and have taken well to grazing.  Completed the 16 hour UT Extension, Inst of Agriculture: Basic Master Beekeeping Program and learned some new things that I didn't even know I didn't know.  Gardens are growing like crazy and the vegetable crops are overwhelming.  Neighbors allowed our sheep to graze on their pastures, which eased the pressures on ours and allowed about a half an acre to be set aside for the pollinators and it is looking great.  Setup a new apiary location and made it more permanent with weedblock and gravel and even planted a "Bee Tree" (aka a Linden Tree), which will provide some future shade in the afternoon for the new apiary.  Planted chicken specific plants in their yard to augment their feed naturally, with mixed results so far.
